THE JOB: The Director of Digital Marketing Analytics will act as an analytics leader & expert, driving insights and recommendations through the analysis of digital marketing data across media, email, web, and app channels. This role focuses on channel trends, attribution modeling, media performance, email performance, digital campaign effectiveness, A/B testing, digital customer engagement, booking behaviors, and more. The position includes leading a team of analysts responsible for evaluating media, email, web/app, and merchandising packages across digital platforms, and delivering actionable insights and recommendations to business partners. This individual will support a top-tier Digital Marketing & Customer Analytics team. As part of our team, you'll collaborate with professionals across our portfolio of casino resorts in North America, as well as corporate executives, to implement digital analytics initiatives that drive business success. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Oversee the analysis of digital marketing data across media, email, web, and app channels, focusing on performance metrics, customer engagement trends, and user behavior. Develop and implement an end-to-end analytics roadmap that supports the business's digital marketing strategy. Develop and present strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize digital marketing campaigns, improve customer experiences, and drive conversions. Monitor and evaluate channel trends, attribution models, and the effectiveness of digital campaigns. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and lead A/B testing in

Required for all gaming employees in Nevada. Applied for after hire. Background investigation conducted by the NGCB.
