THE JOB: As a part-time Poker Guest Representative , you will be the welcoming face of the Poker Room, greeting players and setting the tone for an unforgettable gaming experience. With your warm smile and attentive service, you’ll make every guest feel like a VIP. By connecting with players and anticipating their needs, you’ll help create the kind of WOW moments that keep them coming back for more. THE STARTING RATE : $16.75 an hour + tips THE SCHEDULE: Part Time | Swing Shift 4:30pm (earliest) - 4:30am (latest) Scheduled for 8-hour increments (Ex. 4:30pm - 12:30am) Scheduled 3-5 days a week Must be open and flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays based on the business needs THE DAY-TO-DAY: Responsible for the placement of guests into poker games Assist guests with general information upon request Communicating with Poker leadership to open and close games, register and payout tournament players, and evaluate play for complimentary purposes Perform front-line entry level transactions, chip bank transactions, and employee window transactions Secure and document all recordable transactions made with company assets. Complete electronic multiple transaction logs accurately, complete transaction logs manually, when necessary ​ THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Exhibits 1+ years of high-volume cash-handling experience Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression Must be able to obtain a Mississippi Gaming License Holds a High School Diploma or GED THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Access

Mississippi Gaming Employee License
Required for gaming-floor employees at Mississippi licensed casinos. Process includes background check and fingerprinting.
