About the Role

We are seeking a fast, friendly, and professional FOOD RUNNER to join out TEAM in PRIME CUT STEAKHOUSE here at ISLAND VIEW CASINO. The Food Runner is responsible for ensuring that the food is delivered to the guests in a timely manner and provide fast, friendly, professional customer service to restaurant guests. They also assist the servers in their duties as needed/required. Food Runners are an important part of a restaurant staff and serve as assistants to the waitstaff.

Key Responsibilities

• • Perform all duties required for the Food Runner - PRIME CUT STEAKHOUSE role in accordance with state gaming regulations
• • Maintain a professional and guest-focused demeanor at all times
• • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations
• • Adhere to all internal controls, policies, and procedures

Requirements

• • Must be 21+ years of age
• • Ability to obtain and maintain applicable gaming license (MS)
• • Prior casino or hospitality experience preferred
• • Excellent communication and customer service skills
