About the Role

The Concierge for Blue Shell Spa is be responsible for the reception area at the spa including greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products. The Spa Concierge will make spa/salon appointments, process guests checking in and out of the spa, cater to guest needs, escort guests to locker rooms and/or treatment rooms. Key Responsibilities

• • Perform all duties required for the Concierge - Blue Shell Spa/Salon role in accordance with state gaming regulations
• • Maintain a professional and guest-focused demeanor at all times
• • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations
• • Adhere to all internal controls, policies, and procedures

Requirements

• • Must be 21+ years of age
• • Ability to obtain and maintain applicable gaming license (MS)
• • Prior casino or hospitality experience preferred
• • Excellent communication and customer service skills
