About the Role

Job Summary : We are looking to add an upbeat Front Desk Agent to their team to manage all aspects of hotel guest’s accommodation. Key Responsibilities

• • Perform all duties required for the Front Desk Agent role in accordance with state gaming regulations
• • Maintain a professional and guest-focused demeanor at all times
• • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations
• • Adhere to all internal controls, policies, and procedures

Requirements

• • Must be 21+ years of age
• • Ability to obtain and maintain applicable gaming license (SD)
• • Prior casino or hospitality experience preferred
• • Excellent communication and customer service skills
