They are responsible for assisting in the process of developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance with internal controls and procedures. Primary Duties and Responsibilities includes but is not limited to: Performs work in implementing RG program including, but not limited to, assisting development and auditing of marketing and advertising campaigns and materials; auditing websites and social media pages for compliance with standards; ensuring third-party compliance with internet gaming regulatory standards; and other related regulatory matters Maintains the company’s problem gambling outreach and training program, including development of training materials and outreach to at-risk patrons and development of public education campaigns Works with internal stakeholders to assist in the development of training and ongoing monitoring criteria as it relates to the detection of and response to problem gambling behaviors Audits patron behavior for problem gambling signs and symptoms and, in collaboration with the Director of Compliance, adjusts patron RG risk rating as appropriate Communicates effectively with all appropriate corporate and operational departments Provides guidance to internal and external partners regarding questions specific to compliance with RG standards and requirements Participates in external RG certification and training programs to ensure subject area expertise.
