THE JOB: As an Assistant General Manager for Jasmine at Bellagio , you will partner with the General Manager to lead a refined, upscale dining experience rooted in authentic Chinese cuisine and elegant, tranquil surroundings. You will provide direction and leadership to the management and service teams, ensuring every detail—from service execution to ambiance—reflects the restaurant’s sophisticated style and Bellagio’s luxury standards. By driving operational and financial performance, overseeing scheduling and training, and executing property‑wide food and beverage initiatives, you will help cultivate a team that delivers attentive, culturally inspired service. Through a focus on guest satisfaction, culinary appreciation, and personalized experiences, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining moments that embody the artistry and tradition of Jasmine, while ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, fiscal budgets, labor productivity, scheduling, inventory control, guest service standards, and execution of marketing strategies to produce short-term profitability. Execute on the restaurant’s business plan and assist General Manager with developing and executing tactics to achieve goals and targets Assist General Manager with managing Human Resources responsibilities for Restaurant to include: creating a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback (coaching and counseling), recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction; quality hiring, training and succession planni
