THE DAY-TO-DAY: Maintain quality and proper presentation of food Drive the customer relation management system by ensuring that all such orders are handled correctly Communicate with chefs, management, employees and guest efficiently with proper reporting, and meetings Schedule and maintain the budgeted labor costs as well as potential food cost Understand and utilize Stratton Warren system properly for purchasing, release orders and cost transfers THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: High School Diploma or GED Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays 2+ Years of prior relevant experience working a high-volume culinary environment as a Chef 5+ Years of prior relevant experience in a high volume, with strong food knowledge, hotel/casino environment preferred Associate's degree in F&B and/or course certification from an accredited Culinary Institute preferred THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more Free meals in our employee dining room Free pa
