As a Lead Massage Therapist, you’ll create a welcoming, rejuvenating environment where every guest feels valued and cared for. Through personalized service and thoughtful attention, you’ll transform each visit into an unforgettable experience that inspires guests to return again and again. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations Follow all departmental and policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation policies Ensure spa guests are given the highest level of service by providing the most current information and techniques in massage modalities including but not limited to Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Stone, and related body services, per treatment and department protocols Provide input into the research, development, evaluation, implementation, and ordering of new treatments, protocols and professional product lines Coordinate and facilitate training of all new hires of all appropriate protocols provided in spa and salon facility, as well as assists in the monitoring, coaching and continuing education of the Massage Therapist team to ensure established treatment and safety protocols are consistently met Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: High School Diploma or GED is Required 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience is Required THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Access to company hotel, food and beverage, reta

NJ Casino Employee Registration (CER)
Required for most gaming-floor employees in Atlantic City. Includes criminal background check, financial history review, and fingerprinting through the NJDGE.
$200–$400412 week process

Note: NJ has one of the most rigorous licensing processes in the US. A Casino Employee Registration is the standard credential for most gaming-floor workers. Key employees and casino service industry employees need full licenses.
