THE JOB: As a Costumed Bartender, you will be responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks while maintaining the cleanliness of the bar. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Practice teamwork and support fellow team members to create an energized, positive work atmosphere Complies with all departmental and Company policies Maintains a high level of personal integrity and moral conduct free of any questionable association Practice excellent grooming and uniform standards Creates and ensures a fresh, positive and exciting environment where sanitation, flawless delivery and execution of product excellence and service are paramount.
