About the Role

The Vice President – Far East Marketing will be responsible for player development - continuous acquisition of new players to grow property player base and increase casino revenues along with assuring retention and repeat business through all communication channels to include telemarketing and travel, specific to Far East international business. The Vice President – Far East Marketing will constantly strive to exceed guest expectations through gracious and personalized service. The ideal candidate for this position will possess inherent customer service skills, a passion for guest care, and a commitment to proactive service and recovery as necessary.  Job Responsibilities Develop one-on-one relationships with high-ends casino guests and provide exceptional service to cultivate and build/maintain player relationships. Actively work player database and network to drive business for the Far East segment Work as a part of a team to grow the revenue and income managed by the Casino Marketing teams. Host guests on the Casino/Hotel floor Provide immediate response to guest requests to include email, phone, and text message. Ensure that all guests are assisted in an efficient and courteous manner. Resolve complaints and issues effectively while escalating concerns as appropriate. Must be knowledgeable of, and be able to explain, games offered by the casino, current marketing events, promotions and programs along with benefits and privileges of using a Wynn Rewards card. Strategically plan in-market events and trips to drive business in key Far East markets Arrange reservations, transportation, and accommodations for guests and input into all appropriate computer systems. Use sound judgment and make decisions in accordance with established comp and expense guidelines. Confirm all room bookings, restaurant reservations, credit lines, and any preparation required for guest arrivals. Handle confidential files, materials, correspondence, and related documents. Nevada
Nevada Gaming Work Permit
Required for all gaming employees in Nevada. Applied for after hire. Background investigation conducted by the NGCB.

Required for all employees working in Clark County (Las Vegas area) gaming establishments. Applied for through the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. Renewed annually.

Live-scan fingerprinting submitted to FBI. Required before most state gaming licenses are issued.

Note: Nevada requires a state gaming work permit AND a county sheriff's work card. The sheriff's card is employer-specific in Clark County. Gaming employees must apply for a work permit within 30 days of hire.
