Perform all side work duties assigned and maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant within health code standards. Describe menu items accurately always using proper verbiage Answer any menu questions Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the shift Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety, and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees and guests Notify management of maintenance repair issues Complete other job- related duties as requested by management QUALIFICATIONS Minimum six (6) months of related experience required Able to work a varied work schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities. Be flexible and adaptable to change. Must be able to walk long distances in extreme weather situations including heat, wind and rain.
