As a Busperson , you'll play a vital role in keeping our dining room running smoothly, beautifully, and efficiently. Working closely with Servers, Hosts, and Management, you'll help create a seamless guest experience by maintaining a spotless, well-organized dining area and anticipating the needs of both guests and the service team. From clearing and resetting tables with care to keeping side stations fully stocked with polished glassware, crisp linens, and essential supplies, your attention to detail helps ensure the warm, inviting atmosphere guests expect at Sadelle’s. THE STARTING RATE: $14.6747 hourly + tips THE DAY-TO-DAY: Work with servers to ensure proper guest service Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles Coordinate table availability and constantly communicates with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris Perform other job-related duties as reques
