THE JOB: As a Steward Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for assigned operational functions within the department. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Creating and ensuring a fresh, positive and exciting environment where sanitation, flawless delivery and execution of product excellence and service are paramount in accordance with S.H.O.W. Service Basic Standards Accountable for and dedicated to ensuring service commitments, standards/expectations, financial goals, and policies/procedures are consistently upheld while promoting and building positive public, employee and departmental relations at all times. Possesses thorough knowledge of proper usage and maintenance of all equipment to sustain and improve cleanliness and sanitation of such equipment. Inspects equipment and assures PM is in effect. This also includes day to day operations ensuring proper cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation of all ware washing machines, equipment and chemicals. Maintains a seamless and hassle-free work environment by conducting on-the-job training programs for all department personnel. Identifies any performance gaps with talent and provides proper coaching. Educating and keeping up to date knowledge regarding all codes relating to sanitation according to State and Federal guidelines Prepares talent schedules based on forecasting data according to company
