About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources department. The HR Coordinator will play a vital role in maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment efforts, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and organize employee personnel files, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with legal requirements Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers Coordinate employee onboarding activities, including orientation scheduling, documentation preparation, and new hire paperwork processing Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, policy explanations, and employee inquiries Support payroll processing by verifying timesheets, maintaining attendance records, and communicating with payroll department Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a professional and timely manner Coordinate HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities Maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality Assist with performance review coordination and documentation Support compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to company policies and applicable employment laws   **Required Qualifications:** Experience in human resources, administrative support, or related field Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with HR concepts, policies, an
