The Guest Service Representative is responsible for all duties surrounding the Front Desk • Checking in/out guests • Monitoring front desk phone center • Revising in-house reservations • Cashiering functions • Resolving guest issues within limits of authority • Coordinating guest wishes with concierge • Adhering to Wynn Standards/Core Vales and all policies and procedures • High school diploma or equivalent required • Two years of customer service experience • Minimum of one year front desk experience or equivalent position Wynn Resorts is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture.
