About the Role

The Guest Service Representative is responsible for all duties surrounding the Front Desk • Checking in/out guests • Monitoring front desk phone center • Revising in-house reservations • Cashiering functions • Resolving guest issues within limits of authority • Coordinating guest wishes with concierge • Adhering to Wynn Standards/Core Vales and all policies and procedures • High school diploma or equivalent required • Two years of customer service experience • Minimum of one year front desk experience or equivalent position Wynn Resorts is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture. Nevada
Clark County Sheriff's Work Card
Required for all employees working in Clark County (Las Vegas area) gaming establishments. Applied for through the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. Renewed annually.
