About the Role

Graton Resort & Casino is seeking a qualified SERVER ASSISTANT - SPORTSBAR to join their team in Rohnert Park, CA. This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation and benefits in a premier gaming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all duties required for the SERVER ASSISTANT - SPORTSBAR role in accordance with state gaming regulations
• Maintain a professional and guest-focused demeanor at all times
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations
• Adhere to all internal controls, policies, and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years of age
• Ability to obtain and maintain applicable gaming license
• Prior casino or hospitality experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
