THE JOB: As a Retail Sales Associate at Eataly at Park MGM , you’ll be at the heart of an immersive culinary experience that invites visitors of all ages to eat, shop, and learn. In this role, you will provide exceptional guest service, assisting customers as they explore our vibrant marketplace filled with beloved Italian classics crafted by Eataly’s talented chefs. Your warm and welcoming demeanor will set the tone for their journey, making every interaction a delightful one. Your responsibilities will include processing transactions efficiently while maintaining a consistent image and ensuring a comfortable shopping environment. You’ll be the key point of contact for guests, answering questions about our diverse offerings, from grab-and-go counters to seated dining options. By helping customers find their favorite ingredients and sharing tips on how to recreate Eataly’s famous recipes at home, you’ll enhance their connection to the rich culture and passion behind Italian cuisine. THE STARTING RATE: $16.2033 hourly THE DAY-TO-DAY: Greets all customers, rings sales on the register, gives correct change and sales receipt, and bags merchandise. Answers phones promptly and courteously within three rings and takes accurate messages when necessary. Maintains floor standards, customer service standards, and utilizes selling skills. Folds and hangs merchandise, replenishes stock (including cigarettes, cigars, sundries, magazines, newspapers, candy, gum, chips, and sodas), maintains stock on racks, shelves, glass cases and armoires.
