JOB DESCRIPTION: Under the direction of the Count Room Supervisor, the incumbent assists in assorting, counting and recording all cash and gaming documents in the Count Room. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED, as well as money handling skills in a computer environment, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience. Must possess ability to proficiently use currency counting equipment and 10-key adding machine. Must possess ability to maintain visual attention and mental concentration for significant periods of time. Must possess ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common factions and decimals. Must possess ability to handle standard situations in which specific steps are involved. Must possess the ability to operate computer and software programs. Must be able to stand/ be on feet for long periods of time and lift or push 75 pounds. WORK ENVIRONMENT: May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise. The casino is open 24 hours a day, 7 days
