The Quality Assurance Supervisor is entrusted with preserving Wynn's distinguished standards of elegance and refinement across all guest accommodations, including guest rooms, suites, villas, and guest corridors, ensuring an impeccable luxury experience that exceeds the most discerning expectations. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities Execute meticulous quality inspections of a minimum of sixty (60) guest rooms daily for Resort accommodations and forty (40) Tower suites, complemented by refined visual assessments of guest corridors, ensuring all spaces exemplify the Wynn's standards befitting a premier luxury resort. Cultivate an environment where all guest accommodations consistently transcend Wynn's exacting standards of cleanliness, presentation, and meticulous attention to detail across all room categories and guest-facing areas. Dedicate up to 90% of time on the floor, engaging gracefully with guests and team members, providing expert guidance and mentorship to Guest Room Attendants and Utility Housekeeping staff in the art of premium room presentation, while maintaining comprehensive documentation of quality assurance activities. A strong champion of special projects and strategic initiatives that elevate the guest experience and advance operational excellence throughout Wynn's property. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and core computer applications to support refined quality assurance documentation and reporting. Navigate the Property Management System, including OPERA and room tracking programs, with precision and expertise to optimize housekeeping operations and enhance service delivery. Must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age High school diploma or equivalent credential is required Minimum of two (2) years of progressive experience in housekeeping operations, preferably within a distinguished four or five-star luxury casino or hotel setting Ability to demonst
