ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Take and process takeout orders accurately. Handle payment transactions and verify customer IDs. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy. Efficiently package orders follow food safety standards. Distribute orders to customers and verify receipt matches order. Utilize host phone to text guests when orders are complete. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the takeout station. Promote specials, upsell, and maximize sales opportunities. Keep accurate records of orders, payments, and customer information. Demonstrate flexibility by assisting with other tasks as needed.
