About the Role

Summary Statement: The Vice President, Player Development is responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with targeted gaming and non-gaming resort patrons to generate incremental revenues. The ideal candidate should have a strong following of premium mass and high-end gaming/non-gaming resort guests, while consistently demonstrating the ability to attract new business at these levels. Primary Job Duties: – Includes but is not limited to: Bring high net individuals who contribute to both gaming and non-gaming revenue. Greet patrons upon arrival and departure and maintain contact with hosted patrons during their visit. Educate and assist resort patrons on all gaming and non-gaming offerings throughout the resort. Exhibit strong telemarketing skills to fill events and drive profitable resort revenue. Manage guest complaints and discrepancies efficiently and courteously. Interact with players in person, via telephone, email, text message, and written correspondence. Represent the property as a role model of customer service and professionalism. Assist convention sales and hotel operations in registering and checking patrons in. Provide feedback and information to team and property leadership regarding guest suggestions, concerns, or issues. Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions for the Resort Relationship Marketing program. Oversee all aspects of guest visits, including booking spa, dining, in-room dining amenities, ground transportation, cabanas, hotel rooms, establishing casino credit, and overseeing folio check-out. Safeguard the confidential nature of all departmental and company records. Approve casino credit and accept responsibility for collecting outstanding casino credit markers. Host on-site and off-site events in Las Vegas and beyond (e.g., casino tournaments, Raiders & Golden Knights suite, Nascar, golf tournaments). Use personal devices for job-related tasks and review of company documents. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualif

Nevada Gaming Work Permit
Required for all gaming employees in Nevada. Applied for after hire. Background investigation conducted by the NGCB.

Required for all employees working in Clark County (Las Vegas area) gaming establishments. Applied for through the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. Renewed annually.

Live-scan fingerprinting submitted to FBI. Required before most state gaming licenses are issued.
$40–$9026 week process

Note: Nevada requires a state gaming work permit AND a county sheriff's work card. The sheriff's card is employer-specific in Clark County. Gaming employees must apply for a work permit within 30 days of hire.
