THE JOB: As a Casino Host Services Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Casino Marketing team by promptly fulfilling requests from Casino Marketing Executives while delivering unmatched service to our valued guests. By anticipating needs and creating seamless experiences, you’ll help foster meaningful, long-lasting relationships and WOW moments that extend well beyond each guest’s visit. THE STARTING RATE: $22.45 THE DAY-TO-DAY: Provide support for Casino Marketing Operations and for Executives, assisting with reservation bookings and inquiries, and coordinating reservations for casino rooms, dining, golf, transportation, cabanas, amenities, spas, and nightclubs as needed Answer ACD (automatic call distribution) lines, while maintaining awareness of hotel services, local attractions, and activities to provide accurate information and support departments such as Casino Hosts, VIP Lounge, and Special Events in delivering exceptional guest relations Demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively, exercise sound judgment, and deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment Evaluate casino play to issue complimentary amenities and settle customer accounts accurately in accordance with comp criteria and Casino Host direction, while ensuring guest profiles are complete and up to date with accurate contact information, preferences, and personalized details to enhance the overall guest experience Build and maintain ticket blocks in resort system for resident shows Comply with all legal requirements, including Title 31, attend mandatory compliance and trainin

Nevada
Nevada Gaming Work Permit
Required for all gaming employees in Nevada. Applied for after hire. Background investigation conducted by the NGCB.

Live-scan fingerprinting submitted to FBI. Required before most state gaming licenses are issued.

Note: Nevada requires a state gaming work permit AND a county sheriff's work card. The sheriff's card is employer-specific in Clark County. Gaming employees must apply for a work permit within 30 days of hire.
