THE JOB: The Assistant to the Corporate Executive is primarily responsible for performing a broad range of complex, non-routine administrative functions, including the management of highly confidential information. All responsibilities are carried out in alignment with departmental guest service standards, as well as MGM Resorts International’s policies, practices, and procedures. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Greet all visitors and callers and address their needs. Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate staff/department. Respond to all general e-mail correspondence from guests and staff. Manage calendar with numerous last minute updates and conflicts, schedule various meetings. Work closely with the functional department groups as necessary. Arrange and coordinate air and hotel reservations. Reconcile expenses and submit reimbursables for processing. Maintain confidential files and honor the integrity of all information.
