About the Role

The IT Ops, Engineering & Support department or "IT" for short is responsible for possessing a detailed understanding of operations, architectural design and infrastructure and communicating the benefits of digitization of business to our function leaders. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve PC, Mac, and Telecom related issues. Assist with network and engineering teams when required. Function as an escalation point for lower level technicians. Mentor and lead other team members. Analyze and prioritize incoming issues. Provide instruction for procedural and technical issues. Work with other departments to come up with solutions to situations. Schedule, setup, and organize the IT portion of special events. Schedule and organize the IT portion of department moves. Maintain and evaluate IT inventory. Support and assist Executive staff to issues. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Initiative to see issues through to resolution. Strong and professional customer service skills. Experience with installing and troubleshooting client PC devices. Experience with installing and troubleshooting Hotel and Casino applications. Experience with all variety of mobile devices. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A valid Nevada Gaming License is required and must be obtained before entering this position. Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.

Clark County Sheriff's Work Card
Required for all employees working in Clark County (Las Vegas area) gaming establishments. Applied for through the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. Renewed annually.

Note: Nevada requires a state gaming work permit AND a county sheriff's work card. The sheriff's card is employer-specific in Clark County. Gaming employees must apply for a work permit within 30 days of hire.
