Job Description Summary: Summary: As the Casino Controller, you are responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight of all financial functions related to casino and gaming operations. This role plays a critical role in ensuring fiscal integrity, regulatory compliance, and accurate financial reporting across all gaming revenue streams. You will lead the Accounting and Finance team, oversee internal controls, and serve as a key liaison with regulatory bodies while supporting cross-functional decision-making and operational excellence in a dynamic hospitality and gaming environment. Job Description: Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the Casino Finance and Accounting departments, ensuring alignment with company goals, regulatory requirements, and service standards Oversee day to day accounting finance functions at the assigned location(s) ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and GAAP Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing team members, fostering a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement Lead the execution of finance and regulatory compliance initiatives, converting strategic goals into actionable plans with measurable outcomes Ensure continuous compliance with the Nevada Gaming Control Board'
Note: Nevada requires a state gaming work permit AND a county sheriff's work card. The sheriff's card is employer-specific in Clark County. Gaming employees must apply for a work permit within 30 days of hire.
