THE JOB: As a Senior Computer Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and reinforcing known company IT standards and processes. THE STARTING RATE: $35.00 THE DAY-TO-DAY: Analyze hardware & software needs for planning of projects and make recommendations based on requirements. Generate new and innovative solutions to complex problems and propose improvements to processes by taking a broad perspective to problems, and identify new, less obvious solutions. Document project metrics for presentation to Senior Management and coordinate tasks for deployments. Act as project lead accordingly on assigned projects for necessary tasks. Manage project deployments appropriately to deliver upon committed project goals within assigned scope of responsibility. Work with end users both pre & post deployment to ensure verification of successful product delivery. Develop software automation scripts and documentation for deployments. Ability to train and lead property technicians or contingent workers for project implementation. Work on hardware/software issues on company and non-company supported devices. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Associate's Degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field 4+ Years of Prior Relevant experience in Information Technology in a similar role Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays Experience in an enterprise hospitality environment - Preferred Experience in project management or project delivery - Preferred Basic fluency in command line scripting or higher - Preferred A+ Certification or MCP or highe
