THE JOB: The Barber will set the stage for guest experience with a welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, the candidate will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations Follow all departmental and policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation policies and all other duties as assigned Provide services including but not limited to straight razor shaves, haircuts and beard trims with the ability to produce both a creative and technically accurate visual presentation per treatment and department protocols Maintain a working knowledge of all products and be informed of the latest trends and techniques Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: High School Diploma or GED Required Barber License issued from the State Required Alcohol Awareness card where applicable Required Food Handlers card where applicable Required 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience Barber Experience Preferred THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more.
