THE JOB: As a Recreation Services Pool Supervisor at Mandalay Bay, you’ll lead daily pool operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and high-quality guest experience. You’ll coach and support your team, resolve guest concerns, and maintain smooth operations while driving service excellence and team success. THE STARTING RATE: $20.00 hourly THE DAY-TO-DAY: Supervise the daily operations of the pool, including monitoring and meeting safety standards, service delivery, cleanliness, ambiance, working with supporting departments, and meeting maintenance needs Responsible for the hiring, coaching, issuing discipline, training, and accountability of all employees in the operation, including supporting departments Respond to and assist with incidents/accidents, involve security for support, and complete applicable reporting; ensure departmental compliance regarding company, state/local, and Health District policies, inventory control, loss prevention, Risk Management, and security Ensure timely and professional resolution to guest and employee-related challenges and/or concerns Participate in ongoing training, communicate company policies and objectives, and support their implementation Ensure employee satisfaction through recognition, career development, and organizational teamwork to uphold positive morale Maintain efficient staffing and supply levels needed to provide superior service and maximize revenue opportunities Implement and maintain continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and growth THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Must be 21 years of age or older High School Diploma or GED requi
