This position is a seasonal opportunity, with the summer season running from May 1, 2026, through October 15, 2026. Please note that the end date may be subject to change based on business needs THE JOB: As a Pool Guest Attendant, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Welcome guests to the pool and the MGM Resorts family by providing memorable service, anticipating guest needs, assisting with seating, cabanas, or general pool information Respond to and resolve guest complaints, exceed guest expectations, and provide other supporting services Complete opening/closing duties while maintaining the appearance of the pool deck throughout the shift, assist with desk and towel duties, assist with setting up cabanas, maintain the appearance of the pool deck throughout the shift, including straightening chairs, collecting soiled towels and trash, moving chairs, and all other duties Provide CPR or first aid if needed and follow emergency protocols Participate in pool safety programs, training, and ensure overall guest safety THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Preferred High School Diploma or GED Preferred 1+ year of prior relevant experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Access to company hotel, food

New Jersey
TIPS / RBS Alcohol Seller-Server Certification
Responsible alcohol service certification. Most states require TIPS, RBS (CA), or equivalent for anyone serving or selling alcohol.

National Restaurant Association food safety certification. Often required for food-handling roles at casino F&B outlets.

Note: NJ has one of the most rigorous licensing processes in the US. A Casino Employee Registration is the standard credential for most gaming-floor workers. Key employees and casino service industry employees need full licenses.
