We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Fine Dining Restaurant Manager to join the Wynn Las Vegas team. You'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving the success of the restaurant Manage overall restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability Ensure compliance with health department standards and food safety regulations Create and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience Oversee inventory management and cost control to ensure financial targets are met Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop and update menu items Resolve guest issues and address concerns promptly and professionally Implement and maintain company policies and procedures Conduct departmental pre-shift meetings to keep team members informed of pertinent information Supervisor and support a team of food and beverage personnel including hiring, scheduling, assigning work, reviewing performance, and employee engagement Train and monitor employees to ensure adherence to the Wynn service standards for all staff Manage the restaurant’s employee relations and human resources agendas while understanding the language within the collective bargaining agreement (CBA). Other job duties as assigned Previous experience in Food & Beverage  Minimum of two (2) years of management experience, preferably in high-volume luxury resort setting Candidates must be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner. The ability to speak a second language is a plus Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members Requires the ability to work efficiently and within a team environment Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times Applicants must be 21 years of age or above Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to work und
