In this dynamic role, you'll manage inbound maintenance requests, dispatch engineering teams, and respond to life safety system alerts, ensuring a safe and seamless environment for both guests and staff. THE STARTING RATE: $19.36 an hour THE DAY-TO-DAY: Maintenance Request Management: Answer incoming calls related to maintenance and repair needs for on-site and off-site properties, logging details into the system. Task Assignment: Allocate work orders to engineering personnel based on the information received from calls. Life Safety System Response: Monitor fire alarm panels and other safety system alerts, identify the affected area, and promptly dispatch engineering teams to address the situation. Personnel Coordination: Record all employee call-ins and direct them to the appropriate department or staff for follow-up. Activity Tracking: Maintain a detailed dispatch log to track all actions and activities throughout the day for accountability and transparency. Emergency Documentation: Accurately document time and activities during emergency events to ensure proper record-keeping and coordination.
