THE JOB: Run the floor in a fast-paced poker room—guiding your team, keeping tournaments on track, and delivering an outstanding guest experience, all while upholding company standards. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Supervise assigned operational functions of the Poker Tournament consistent with the strategic plan, the fiscal budget, and the company’s short term and long-term profitability objectives Facilitate and operates daily poker tournaments, greet players and maintain the Poker games seating list Explain games and procedures, and assist the guests with any necessary requests Solicit feedback from employees and ideas and suggestions from guests for new products, services, technology and processes to ensure the company’s competitive position and in anticipation of changing customer needs within the dynamic hospitality and gaming environment Resolve guest and employee complaints, escalate to Tournament Manager if needed Maintain table game signage; replace old signs and create new ones per the request of Poker Tournament personnel Supervise the delivery and measurement of guest service consistent with the company’s core service standards and brand attributes Adhere to the company’s status quo third party representation philosophy, complies with company policies, legal requirements and collective bargaining agreements THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: High School Diploma or GED Required 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in a similar role Required Required to Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Opportunities for professional development and career advance
