As a Food Runner at Charlie's Bar & Grill, you will be responsible for: Running food using bridge method to tables, bar, and lounge area of Charlie's within timing standards  Using table and seat numbering system to deliver food to Wynn Standards Possessing detailed food ingredient and preparation knowledge and appropriately describing dishes to guest upon delivery, up to Forbes and Wynn Standards Serving plates and performing table maintenance according to Wynn Standards Assisting Chef with expediting duties on food line when applicable Assisting Food Servers, Bartenders, and Cocktail Servers in all aspects of guest service, including memorization of marking standards and marking tables when appropriate Completing side work as assigned by management  Maintaining health code standards Candidates must be able to communicate in English fluently and in a professional manner Preferred, minimum of 1 year previous work experience as a Food Runner in a casual/fine dining full service restaurant Candidates must exhibit food & service knowledge including steps of service Requires the ability to work efficiently and within a team environment Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times Applicants must be 21 years of age or above
Note: Nevada requires a state gaming work permit AND a county sheriff's work card. The sheriff's card is employer-specific in Clark County. Gaming employees must apply for a work permit within 30 days of hire.
