ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Pressure washing patios, awnings, pool decks and pool furniture. General cleaning of all mechanical and equipment rooms. Clean up of lot/garage and detail to include lakes, ponds, roof tops, sidewalks, and roadways. Operates and maintains fuel powered equipment, including company’s utility vehicle. Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or technical certificate and similar experience preferred. Valid driver’s license required.
