Must have knowledge of local plumbing codes. Performs all preventive maintenance on systems and maintains applicable logbooks. Conducts walk – through inspections, of domestic water systems to include water booster pumps, gauges and boiler temperature readings Repairs showers, sinks, toilets, water booster pumps and on and off-site facilities Records gauge readings, repairs completed and time lost due to inoperative equipment Maintains technical logs and records all relevant data as appropriate Maintains tools, equipment, and supplies in good, clean, operating order Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times. Performs all duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma, trade school certificate preferred as well as minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience with commercial / industrial plumbing or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
