THE JOB: The Director of Digital Product Analytics is responsible for owning and advancing analytics across MGM Resorts' digital products, including web, mobile app, digital booking and eCommerce flows, digital check-in, digital key, chat bots, loyalty experiences, and other customer-facing digital capabilities. This role is accountable for translating customer interactions across digital touchpoints into actionable insights that improve product adoption, reduce friction, increase conversion, and drive digital revenue. This leader will oversee both the measurement foundation (tagging, data structure, governance, and tooling) and the insight generation required to understand how customers engage with MGM's digital ecosystem. The Director leads a team of digital and product analysts while remaining hands-on, applying strong technical skills and deep digital analytics expertise to complex business problems. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Own digital product analytics across MGM’s web, app, and emerging digital experiences, including booking and eCommerce flows, product and property pages, loyalty enrollment and account management, digital check-in and digital key usage, app installs and engagement, and other self-service customer journeys; identify friction points, drop-offs, and behavioral patterns that impact conversion, usage, and customer satisfaction. Lead and execute deep, hands-on analysis using digital analytics tools and raw data, leveraging platforms such as Adobe Analytics and related technologies while also directly querying data using SQL, Python, or similar languages to analyze large,
