Responsibilities: Performs all assigned tasks with enthusiasm, professionalism and exceeds our customer’s expectations. Provides professional greeting when interacting with guests and housekeeping personnel. Key Responsibilities

• • Perform all duties required for the Attendant - Guest Room role in accordance with state gaming regulations
• • Maintain a professional and guest-focused demeanor at all times
• • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations
• • Adhere to all internal controls, policies, and procedures

Requirements

• • Must be 21+ years of age
• • Ability to obtain and maintain applicable gaming license (LA)
• • Prior casino or hospitality experience preferred
• • Excellent communication and customer service skills
