About the Role

Under the supervision of the Assistant Table Games Shift Manager, the incumbent supervises assigned dealers, implements procedures, evaluates and monitors the performance of dealing personnel to ensure smooth and efficient gaming operations in accordance with MPGEs procedures and gaming enterprises internal controls. Key Responsibilities

• • Perform all duties required for the Floor Supervisor Table Games role in accordance with state gaming regulations
• • Maintain a professional and guest-focused demeanor at all times
• • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations
• • Adhere to all internal controls, policies, and procedures

Requirements

• • Must be 21+ years of age
• • Ability to obtain and maintain applicable gaming license (CT)
• • Prior casino or hospitality experience preferred
• • Excellent communication and customer service skills
