About the Role

The Surveillance Agent is responsible for observing, documenting, and reporting activities associated with gaming and non-gaming regulatory requirements and procedures, and following approved surveillance department procedures. • • Perform all duties required for the Surveillance Agent role in accordance with state gaming regulations
• • Maintain a professional and guest-focused demeanor at all times
• • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations
• • Adhere to all internal controls, policies, and procedures

Requirements

• • Must be 21+ years of age
• • Ability to obtain and maintain applicable gaming license (MS)
• • Prior casino or hospitality experience preferred
• • Excellent communication and customer service skills
