About the Role

Responsible for the point of sales software administration and maintenance. Responsible for the daily and monthly reporting/auditing of Hotel Revenue Activity as well as expressing recommendations converting job related issues. • • Perform all duties required for the NON-GAMING ANALYST role in accordance with state gaming regulations
• • Maintain a professional and guest-focused demeanor at all times
• • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations
• • Adhere to all internal controls, policies, and procedures

Requirements

• • Must be 21+ years of age
• • Ability to obtain and maintain applicable gaming license (NJ)
• • Prior casino or hospitality experience preferred
• • Excellent communication and customer service skills
