Description This position is responsible for meetings, banquets, weddings and special events for sales and catering, on and off property, from the creation of the event to the final follow-up. The coordinator assists with the organization of the events, financial planning and budgeting for the events and supervises the events as they happen. Key Responsibilities

• • Perform all duties required for the Catering and Conference Coordinator role in accordance with state gaming regulations
• • Maintain a professional and guest-focused demeanor at all times
• • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations
• • Adhere to all internal controls, policies, and procedures

Requirements

• • Must be 21+ years of age
• • Ability to obtain and maintain applicable gaming license (NV)
• • Prior casino or hospitality experience preferred
• • Excellent communication and customer service skills
